Landy has an unmatched amount of experience in helping elective-procedure practices to improve new patient starts. He has worked with hundreds of practices around the world and specializes in teaching doctors and staff how to optimize the new patient conversion process.

Landy is the founder of Upper Case Consulting and oversees all aspects of our client work. He is also the practice trainer and coach for our Doctor and Patient Coordinator training programs.

Keri brings a unique combination of customer service excellence, entrepreneurship and communication experience to our clients. Before joining us, she ran an award-winning business for over a decade and has managed member communications for two Chambers of Commerce in the Carolinas.

Keri is the trainer and coach for our Front Desk Communication course and, using our innovative process, conducts one-on-one coaching sessions with your front desk team following training to ensure permanent skills transfer.
